So, you need to replace your furnace and/or air conditioner. You ask a few co-workers and friends who they know and who they have used. Next you make a few phone calls to companies, no one is in that can answer any questions for you, and reluctantly you leave a message. As you begin to receive return calls, your find that they only work the same hours that you work. In order to get the information you need from them, you have to schedule a day off of work, then you will have to schedule another day off for the installation and yet another day off for the inspection. Whew! Next thing you know, you have used us a major portion of your vacation time and it isn’t for anything fun!

The next thing you will notice is that we offer hours that respect the fact that you work. Our normal operating hours are 7am-7pm, 7 days a week. A lot of companies claim to have hours similar to this when in actuality, they simply have a guy “on-call” who would rather be fishing then making visits to homeowners.
At Horizon Mechanical we want to do the best job for you the first time and every time. For your safety and ours, we do full background checks on all of our employees. We are sure that we are sending quality people into your home. We also carry insurance and workman’s compensation. We do not pay our service technician’s on a 100% commissioned basis as most companies do today. Our service technicians work on your behalf. They will identify the problem and offer you solutions. Then you decide what you want done. Many of our homeowners use our comprehensive evaluation as a way to plan for future upkeep and factory suggested maintenance.
In the event that you have to replace equipment or if you want to add something to your existing system, we offer “free” on-site assessments. In the assessment we will ask “what you are looking for and why, what you like and don’t like about the current system, how long you plan on living in the home” and many other questions so that we will have a very good understanding of what is important to you. We will take measurements and collect pertinent information. Our goal is to educate and inform you on the systems available, tax credit, rebates and final cost.
